Local Pickup

At this time, Sweet Orchid Hawaii Bakery offers local pickup only.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the designated pickup window provided at checkout or through email communication.

If you are unable to make your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
