At Sweet Orchid Hawaii Bakery, all baked goods are made in small batches with care and aloha.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will do our best to make it right.

We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up and transported from our location.

Because our bakery operates under Hawaiʻi cottage food laws, products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Health.
