Pickup Policy

Sweet Orchid Hawaii Bakery currently offers local pickup only.

Pickup details, including date, time, and location instructions, will be provided at checkout or through email communication after your order is placed.

Please arrive during your selected pickup window whenever possible. If you need to arrange a different pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be canceled without refund due to the perishable nature of baked goods.

Once an order has been picked up, Sweet Orchid Hawaii Bakery is not responsible for damage, temperature exposure, or product quality during transport or storage.
